How the Apex Pro Account Works

The program is simple:

As your business rents equipment throughout the year, A&B tracks your total rental spending. When you pass a tier threshold, you automatically move into a higher discount level — unlocking bigger savings immediately.

Each January, we review your previous year’s rental total. That amount determines your Apex Tier for the entire new year. If your spending increases mid-year, you can move up to a higher tier at any time. If your spending falls, you may move to a lower tier the following year.

Who Qualifies for the Apex Pro Account?

To ensure consistency and accuracy in tracking, the Apex Pro Account is reserved for businesses only.
To qualify, your company must:

1. Be a registered business entity
   (contractor, LLC, corporation, sole proprietor with valid documentation)
2. Provide basic business information
   • Business name
   • Primary contact information
3. Provide an EIN or Social Security Number
   (used only for account verification and internal billing purposes)
